So far, my 1,000 years later Star Wars setting remains pretty much intact even if these revelations turn out to be 100% true. Probably the only thing I'd want to change is to have the Orthodox Jedi and Skywalkers switch places, at least with regards to who is openly participating in politics and who is not.
